Not an ordinary review but a personal reflection.

Le Bon Journal was launched in April 2001 for the purposes of self-expression and sharing reviews of a different nature. The contents are picked up by Google and listed in the top 10 rankings within two weeks of publication. Le Bon Journal e-zines, which are collective contribution around topic themes, reside on the website forever.

Le Bon Journal reviews of opera, competitions, and music festivals target a wide readership, to educate (with historical backgrounds) and share the concert-going experience, not necessarily a critique of the performance or performers. It's the "tapas" or "dim sum" approach to include a little bit of everything but enough to whet your appetite and entice you to go to the next event.

Suggestions, feedback, offers, discounts, tickets, and reciprocation are always welcome. Contact the editor please!
